Kiley Doll

Founder, CEO

With a background in the School of Hard Knocks and a global entrepreneurial journey, I’m dedicated to empowering businesses to thrive. As VP of Growth at the Angel Investors Network and Founder of KileyCo, I drive innovation and positive change while giving back through volunteer work.

As a graduate of the School of Hard Knocks, I know what it means to work your way from the ground up.

Growing up as a military brat, I’ve always been ready for the next big move or a new adventure. That go-getter attitude has served me well in business, traveling across the globe and running businesses both in the US and in Africa.

I’m passionate about taking the difficult lessons I’ve learned and passing them on to business owners who want to launch, build, scale, and eventually sell/exit their businesses to make the world better for everyone involved.

My enthusiasm for progress has led to the pursuit of a prosperous career consulting and working with household brands like Amazon, EO, and Berkshire Hathaway.

As VP of Growth and Opportunities for the Angel Investors Network, I am responsible for helping clients obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. My strengths lie in coordinating with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.

In my role as Founder of KileyCo, my focus is on business strategy, entrepreneurial growth, and mentorship. My main aim is to help entrepreneurs get out of their survival mindset so they can thrive! I have helped many startups go from zero to success, taking them out of the minimum wage bracket and into the life they deserve. There isn’t a person I can’t mentor if they are prepared to do the work.

As a forward-thinking professional who is well-networked, innovative, and socially savvy, I share in the commitment to drive positive change in the modern business environment.

I believe Economic empowerment and “giving back“ to the communities and neighborhoods we live and work in. Two of my greatest passions in life are the volunteer work I do for Bob Mola in Africa and SAFE (Services to Abused Families) back home in Culpeper, VA.
